We want you to be completely satisfied with you order but we know that sometimes things can go wrong.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please return the item within 14 days of receipt for a prompt refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in the condition you received them.
All our products are carefully checked and packaged by an experienced team. If you find that the package has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so that we can make investigations into the cause. We will re-issue your goods at no additional charge but do ask you to return the items. We will of course cover the carriage. Any faulty goods will be replaced or refunded.
Customers returning unwanted items or items purchased in error are responsible for the return postage costs.
Any refund provided to you for returned unwanted items will not include any original postage costs. Only the original item cost will be refunded.
Items that were free post will be refunded less any postage cost incurred by us.
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund.

In this case please accept our apologies and contact us so we can resolve the issue.We may ask you to return the previous order and we will of course pay the carriage.
