Starcycle Spares are dedicated to supplying our customers with quality cycle spares and accessories at affordable prices.
We operate as mail order only.
When placing an order, we need to obtain a number of your personal details i.e. your name (and delivery name, if different),
email address, billing address (and delivery address, if different), contact phone number.
This information enables us to accurately process and complete your order.
We will send you confirmation of the order by e-mail.
Please ensure that you enter your delivery address accurately.
We cannot be held responsible for delays to your order caused by the delivery address being incorrect.
We are committed to protecting your important information and only use the information we collect about you to process orders.We will never pass it on to any third parties or use it for any other purpose.
We use Royal Mail for smaller orders.
Larger parcels may be sent using an alternative courier service.
All items include free UK postage, Unfortunately we do not offer overseas postage.
All orders dispatched within 2 working days (usually next day)
Orders received on Fridays / Saturdays / bank holidays dispatched next working day
We will send you a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Orders may require a signature on delivery.
Orders are taken subject to availability of products.
If we do not supply any products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for those products.
However, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer if we are unable to supply them.
Online payments are carried out securely through Paypal,
You may also pay by Bank transfer (note: all bank charges must be paid by the customer).
Orders will be dispatched once payment has cleared.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
We want you to be completely satisfied with you order but we know that sometimes things can go wrong.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at email@example.com
All our products are carefully checked and packaged by an experienced team.
If you find that the package has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so that we can make investigations into the cause.
You may return a product (unopened and in original condition) within 14 days of the date you received it, and we will refund you the amount paid for the goods.
You will be responsible for the return postage and our original delivery charge.
